Inside Sales Analyst
Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking an Inside Sales Analyst to join our team.

This position reports to the Executive Vice President of Sales. This role is hybrid and is based in our Somerville, MA office.
As the Inside Sales Analyst, you will support our sales team by compiling and analyzing sales and market data to help our organization sell more effectively.
Essential responsibilities:
- Analyze data and market trends to determine the best prospects for the organization and new markets to pursue acquisitions and sales prospecting.
- Create and maintain an accurate list of new and existing prospects in Eloqua, CX, and ZoomInfo.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for campaigns tailored to different regions, niches, and personas.
- Track and manage accounts and contacts, ensure activity is recorded, and monitor the activity of each prospect to ensure the sales team has activity on high value targets.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to update management on the status of prospecting activity, conversion rates, and the overall health of the sales pipeline, ensuring each Sales Representative has a full prospecting pipeline.
- Stay informed about Niche trends, funding, competitor activities, and hot topics from customers and prospects to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team, marketing, GMs, and Executive team to provide them with high quality prospects, performance of our prospecting, and recommend areas for improvement in prospecting based on data.
Requirements:
- BS or BA in business, marketing, finance, economics, statistics, data science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, market research, business analytics, or related roles is preferred.
- Proficient using Analytical tools (Excel, Google, data bases, software)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Eloqua, CX, and ZoomInfo
- Strong market research knowledge and the ability to prioritize and multi-task while applying attention to detail.
