MARKETING COORDINATOR
The Dolben Company, Inc. (Dolben) is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to assist the Marketing team in coordinating company and property marketing initiatives, as well as provide administrative support. This person will play an essential role within the marketing and property management teams.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, a passion for multifamily real estate, and is located within commuting distance of our Woburn, MA headquarters. The ideal candidate is also energetic, detail-oriented, extremely customer-focused, and a team-player. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.
Job Summary:
- Assist with large-scale rollouts of new marketing software, technology platforms, products and programs
- Gather and prepare all marketing assets (spreadsheets, data, image, video, etc.) needed for account set-up
- Review, audit and manage internet listings (Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.), websites, and other online marketing products/programs for all Dolben owned and managed communities to ensure accuracy, optimization, and data feed connectivity on an ongoing basis
- Work with onsite teams to monitor and address customer reviews on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and Apartment Ratings
- Assist in managing corporate website and property websites
- Work with advertising/marketing vendors and partners as needed
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
- Bill payment and reconciliation
- Perform administrative duties for marketing department such as travel arrangements and expense reports, etc.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience in marketing or related field
- Multifamily property management/marketing experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think, plan, and execute across multiple tasks, with minimal supervision
- Excellent understanding/knowledge of social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn is a plus
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and all Microsoft Office programs is a plus
- Ability to travel
