The Director of Housing Development and Preservation is a senior management position that leads the CEDAC housing team in the areas of predevelopment and acquisition lending as well as early-stage technical assistance. They will work collaboratively with our borrowers to provide support and technical assistance with a strong customer service focus. This Director will also provide direct technical assistance on complex housing preservation issues to nonprofit developers, tenant advocacy agencies and public agencies. The Director of Housing Development and Preservation facilitates the successful management of all phases of the real estate development process. They provide advice to borrowers during development and manage the predevelopment and acquisition loan process from underwriting to disbursement. They also work with borrowers to achieve successful project completion by helping to identify appropriate funding sources as needed. The Director of Housing Development and Preservation reports to CEDAC’s Executive Director and supervises Project Managers on the housing team.
