Overview: Operations Associate
This position provides support to the client service operations and office administration of Siharum Advisors, LLC (“the firm”), furthering the firm’s mission to be recognized by the firm’s clients as the premier investment advisory business in the nation. The Operations Associate reports to the Director of Operations and Compliance and works in a matrixed environment assisting the firm’s Advisor’s and Office Manager when needed. The Operations Associate is responsible for assisting with client service requests and basic office operations.
Siharum Advisors is an independent, open-architecture investment advisory firm, formed to serve high net worth individuals and foundations. The firm’s open- architecture platform, using only third-party managers, offers consulting services to clients with greater than $20 million in assets and discretionary asset management services to clients with greater than $2.5 million in investable assets. Founded in August of 2008, the firm currently has over $500 million in assets under management.
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist with all client service administrative needs, such as wire, journal and trade requests, and new client on-boarding process.
- Assist with finalizing of outbound communications, including letters, spreadsheets, and quarterly performance reports.
- Ensure the accuracy of Siharum’s trading and accounting platforms through daily processes and regular reconciliations to custodian data.
- Contribute to the firm’s compliance program through periodic reviews and reporting.
- Assist with meeting preparation, including final preparation of documents and conference room set-up.
- Assist with maintaining electronic and paper filing systems as needed.
- Assist with updating the firm’s marketing materials as needed.
- Provide professional handling of incoming phone calls when needed.

- Strong PC Skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects and assignments that may be given from different Directors.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 0-2 years’ experience
