As a Talent Acquisition Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment efforts of our organization. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to streamline processes, enhance candidate experiences, and contribute to the overall success of our recruitment strategy. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As a Talent Acquisition Operations Intern possible responsibilities may include:
- Support the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies to enhance employer branding and attract diverse talent
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including organizing recruitment-related documentation, generating reports, and maintaining records
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Assist in compiling and analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Must be currently pursuing a undergrad or masters level degree (e.g. MBA) from an accredited program
