You will be flown to NYC within your first 2 mos. for training.
Pay Structure:
30% comm payout + $2k draw limit
+
Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance incentive bonuses
(Payout increases achieved through set benchmarks)
Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Qualify and interact with prospective clientele to identify their goals/objectives to recommend suitable financial solutions
- Cold Call / Perform Email & SMS Marketing (we provide ALL leads)
- Organize schedule of appointments (phone/Zoom)
- Perform loan transactions
- Maintain proactive business relationship with clients
- Provide financial advise to business owners
- Effectively present details of our various financial instruments to clients
- Collaborate/strategize with coworkers to create a productive and positive workplace environment
Qualifications (including but not limited to):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Well rounded sense of humor
- Strong personality and interpersonal skills
- Charismatic/assertive personality
- Highly motivated / Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learn and earn
- Financial/mental math skills
- Time management skills
- Proficient grammatical & communication skills
- Computer skills (Excel/Sheets, G-Suite, CRM experience)
Job Type: Full-time (in office)
1st Year OTE: $80,000.00 – $220,000.00 per year
