General Summary of Position:
The Associate Recruiter will support the recruiting team by identifying qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will be someone who is curious, hungry to learn, adaptable, and has a strong willingness to develop their knowledge in recruiting. This is a great opportunity for a junior recruiter or sourcer to learn about Granites teams and have an impact, and participate in building our regional teams hiring initiatives.

-Ability to manage your time in a fast-paced work environment with multiple, and often times competing, demands
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), good organizational skills, and the ability to multi task
-Bachelor’s Degree
