Seeking a full time/part time (37.5 hours/week) Home Care Program Operations Manager. The Home Care Program Operations Manager works within the State Home Care Department. Assists in the overall supervision and management of the State Home Care Program, including supervising/managing smaller state or other programs as needed or when new programs are initiated.
Qualifications and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree required. Field of degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human development, nursing, sociology, criminal justice, public health, public policy, or gerontology preferred. At least 3 years’ experience working in human services field required. At least 1 year of supervisory experience required.At least 1 year of management experience preferred. Use of a reliable vehicle including active vehicle insurance with a current license to drive required. Demonstrate strong organizational, prioritization, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and team skills. Ability to multitask, keep accurate records, have a strong attention to detail, document clearly, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing, all within a fast-paced environment. Ability to take initiative and work independently. Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Share Point, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 lbs. and have the ability to climb stairs.
· A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year of active employment. The bonus for this position is $1,000.
