As a Funding Research Specialist at Livingston Energy Group, you will play a key role in our commitment to addressing energy management challenges through innovative solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying nationwide funding opportunities to support our mission. Your role involves research, coordinating with internal and external teams, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations and providing support other departments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the appropriate internal/external parties to gather/relay necessary information including but not limited to hardware/software requirements, listing requirements, and program changes.
- Engage in active conversations with the sales team to ensure that where they are selling/what equipment they are selling is aligned with research and that they are equipped with the information needed to be successful.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for questions related to funding programs nationwide.
- Complete applications to get equipment on qualified product lists and the network on qualified network lists.
- Maintain a repository of updated spec sheets, data, templates, standard responses, and product collateral or exhibits.
- Monitor funding programs that Livingston Energy Group and/or Lynkwell are currently listed with and future programs that one or both entities will be listed with.
- Notify appropriate parties of changes in incentive amounts offered, amount of funding remaining, program requirements, etc.
- Regularly update the database with program/product requirements
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree required, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be organized and reliable.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible, high tolerance of ambiguity
- Strong research skills to identify relevant funding opportunities and industry requirements.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in documentation.
- Familiarity with the use of technology and software tools for efficient proposal development and tracking is preferred.
