Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, account updates, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns
- Process customer and supplier orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
- Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
- Familiarity with accrual accounting and forecasting techniques
- Data entry into accounting software
- Direct report to the President and Senior Management
Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of tax and financial accounting principles
