Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) at UMass Chan Medical School
The UMass Chan Medical School Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) is a four-week, tuition-free residential program for undergraduates from economically or educationally disadvantaged backgrounds interested in health professions. The programs enhance academic and communication skills, provide seminars on professional school applications, biomedical research, and health issues, and offer interactions with healthcare professionals. Participants also engage in practical activities like emergency department observations and health disparities research projects, receiving a Certificate of Achievement and stipend upon completion.
