Summer Undergraduate Research Program at UMASS Chan Medical School

The UMass Chan Medical School Summer Undergraduate Research Program (SURP) is a ten-week, non-credit undergraduate research experience. It provides hands-on laboratory research with a mentor, exposure to biomedical research, and career-building connections. Participants receive a $4000 stipend, travel, housing, and weekday transportation. They also prepare and present a professional research poster.
