About Wish Wholesale

Wish Wholesale is looking for a growth-focused Social Media & Email Marketing Intern to help drive engagement, retention, and revenue across our digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands that social media is more than just posting content, it’s about building community, creating conversations, and turning attention into action.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team to support campaigns, engage with customers, and help optimize social and email marketing performance. This internship also offers hands-on leadership and management experience, including opportunities to coordinate and collaborate with global offshore team members and external communities.

What You’ll Do

Social Media (Community + Growth)

  • Manage day-to-day social media activity across platforms
  • Create, schedule, and publish posts consistently
  • Respond quickly and professionally to DMs, comments, tags, and community interactions
  • Monitor trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement
  • Help turn content into active conversations and community interaction
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, launches, and announcements
  • Conduct outreach and engage with relevant online communities
  • Assist with moderation to maintain a positive and on-brand environment
  • Help coordinate tasks and communication with offshore support and creative teams

Email Marketing (Retention + Revenue)

  • Plan and send email campaigns including promotions, product drops, and newsletters
  • Help build and optimize automated flows such as welcome emails, abandoned cart sequences, and win-back campaigns
  • Segment audiences and assist with A/B testing
  • Write and refine marketing copy focused on engagement and conversion
  • Track campaign performance and help identify areas for improvement

Metrics + Reporting

  • Track social engagement and follower growth
  • Monitor email performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and revenue contribution
  • Provide simple weekly updates on performance, learnings, and next steps
  • Support monthly reporting on growth, campaign wins, and optimization opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Interest in digital marketing, community building, leadership, and e-commerce
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms
  • Some degree of AI fluency and familiarity
  • Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable collaborating with remote and offshore teams
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and test new ideas
  • No prior work experience necessary
