Job Description: As an Entry-Level Staffing Recruiter at Whitridge Associates, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our esteemed clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conducting initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for specific job roles.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborating with team members to match candidates with appropriate job opportunities.
- Assisting in the coordination of interviews and other recruitment-related activities.
- Providing administrative support as needed, including maintaining candidate databases and managing recruitment documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus, but not required.
