Working in support of our Category Merchandising team, the Site Merchandising Specialist helps create a best-in-class website shopping experience.
Eligible Locations
This position is located in our Corporate Headquarters office in Brockton, MA.
Set in a Hybrid work environment, this role will work partly remote and partly in-office, with in-office time required for training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize site merchandising strategies that focus on maximizing customer conversion and product findability
- Effectively balance optimal customer experience, internal company initiatives, and key vendor strategies.
- Assist in the organization and execution of new product additions to site leveraging competitive research and internal search data.
- Manage product display page experiences including the organization of products into families/SKU Groups. Identify which product groupings make sense, which attributes to display, and communicate relevant attribute data gaps to Content.
- Conduct comprehensive marketplace and competitive research to establish benchmarks for best practices and trends in the areas of product assortment, categorization, site navigation, sorting, and search faceting
- Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to company stakeholders in Category Merchandising, Purchasing, Marketing, Content and Analytics.
- Work closely with Category Merchandising to understand category strategies, key vendor partnerships and new vendor partnerships
- Gain a savvy understanding of company reporting tools including, but not limited to, Adobe Analytics and Power BI, to monitor and analyze site KPIs and user behavior.
- Evaluate data to gain an understanding of product performance, customer intent, needs, and shopping behaviors; identify opportunities to improve short-term performance and inform longer-term strategies
- Develop project plans, prepare site proposals and make recommendations for evaluation.
- Demonstrates ownership of the site experience, exhibits a feeling of personal accountability for meeting goals and objectives.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must have an expected graduation date of May 2025 or be a recent alumni
- If an alumni, 1-2 years experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, marketing or related experience required.
- Must possess a strong grasp of data analysis and exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
