Overview:
TILL, Inc is seeking an In-home Behavioral Services (IHBS) Therapist to join our experienced and exceptional team! IHBS is an intensive in-home behavioral service working in a team model with a licensed supervisor and behavior monitor to develop and implement a behavior action plan for the caregivers and families that they are working with.
Responsibilities:
- Complete Functional Behavior Assessments and Comprehensive Assessments, as well as creating a Behavior Action Plan to support the family.
- Works closely with the Behavior Monitor to oversee data collection and implementation of behavior action plan interventions.
- Participate in care plan meetings, IEP meetings, and collaborate with other providers.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Special Education, Social work, Education, or related
Human Services field. - Valid Drivers license and vehicle required
- Bilingual a plus!
