We have an exciting opportunity for a Master’s level Community Based Clinician working as part of our Intensive Family Services program!
The ideal Master’s level candidate (MSW, MA or MS in social work related field) will have familiarity with working with children and families and home and community based experience. The clinician will provide direct, intensive community based support, advocacy and stabilization for the children and families.
Working from a variety of therapeutic modalities, Riverside Community Care emphasizes a family systems approach that works with every member of the family to help meet therapeutic goals. You will provide in-home and in-community stabilization and clinical intervention through youth and family psychotherapy, support, service planning, advocacy and linkage services to youth, including children with severe emotional disturbances (SED), adolescents, and families in the community. You will provide culturally competent services to a diverse population, including children and families frequently at risk due to multiple stressors, such as inadequate community supports and resources, language barriers, poverty and homelessness.
You will be part of an experienced & supportive team applying a systems approach aimed to assure the children and families in this program, a stable connection to their community.
Due to Covid19, programming is currently remote with limited in person work based on strict safety protocols and clinical need. Full in person work to resume when deemed safe to do so.
Flexible work schedule includes occasional evening and weekend hours.

- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office, required
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for local travel
- Master’s degree in social work or related field
- Home and community based experience preferred
