Previous real estate experience is not required as our firm likes to have a variety of perspectives under its roof. What is required is an interest in the Boston Area’s commercial real estate scene.
The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Associate Broker position is an entry into a long-term career.
Ambitious self-starters can make six figure incomes within two years, many achieve financial independence within five years.
The ideal candidate for this role is:
- Committed to starting a long-term career and willing to invest the time required to learn a new industry
- A good communicator, well-spoken, and able to articulate one’s point of view;
- Able to remain disciplined in the competition of tasks even when direct supervisors are not present
- Willing to become a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson
