The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. Position Description
Work is mainly in our laboratory and pilot plant settings, including formulation development studies and analytical method development. Projects may also include troubleshooting/resolution of formulation processing and testing problems, demonstration of new and/or improved processes. Work is closely supervised but requires application of sound scientific principles, theories, concepts, and techniques, and competency is working safely in the laboratory environment. The incumbent is expected to collect information and develop solutions to specific projects of a limited scope. Assignments may be designed to develop professional knowledge and to provide broad experience and familiarization with Our Company methods, standards, procedures, and practices.
Required Education & Experience:
Candidates must be a rising Junior or Senior studying Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Biochemical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Science degree.
Candidates must have good written and verbal communication; interpersonal skills including flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
Candidates must have good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Candidates should have a minimum 3.0 GPA
