(This job would be to work at our recruiting company as an employee of KA Recruiting, helping to recruit healthcare professionals for permanent jobs nationwide!)
Associate Healthcare Recruiter
K.A. Recruiting is in the midst of our 13th year in operation and we have established ourselves as one of the top healthcare recruiting companies in the industry. We have a hard-working, collaborative team in place, a very strong and diversified client base, and we have built one of the best healthcare databases in the industry.
We are looking to hire highly motivated and talented sales people, who want unlimited earning potential. We have an extensive and customized sales training program, which allows us to hire experienced sales representatives or inexperienced sales representatives with success. Ideally, we are looking for someone with 1-3 years’ experience in recruiting (does not have to be healthcare) or 1-3 years’ experience with inside or outside sales. However, we have very successfully trained new college graduates as well.
Our location is right in the heart of Boston, Post Office Square, directly across from the beautiful Post Office Square Park. Our office is a short walk from South Station commuter rail. We are a short walking commute from Beacon Hill, Faneuil Hall, and the Seaport and easily accessible from most areas in Boston or from the north or south shore.
We offer the most competitive and aggressive commission plan around, a draw, health insurance, dental insurance and a great 401K, plus match. We have daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly motivational contests with small prizes/cash awards. We offer a Vice President’s Club and a President’s Club bonus, based on billing at the end of the year. We have a well-defined career track, offering promotions, title changes, increased responsibilities, and bonuses based on achievement and longevity.
Our office is comprised of hard-working sales professionals who enjoy friendly competition in a highly collaborative and open office environment. Large flat screen tv’s can be found in each office, allowing for opportunities for employee recognition, motivation, and enhancing interoffice communication. We utilize some of the latest technology in our office, such as Hoopla, Cloudcall, Bullhorn, and quite a few various websites that aid us in sourcing healthcare candidates.
While our office works hard throughout the work day, we also enjoy taking time to eat lunch in PO Square park during the summer months, hosting quarterly team outings, participating in 5K’s or spin classes together, and celebrating each of our new team member’s first placements. Additional office perks include: free Starbucks coffee in our kitchen, free gym in our office building, water cooler, fresh baked cookies on Wednesdays, bike storage, and free office snacks.

***COVID-19 Update to our job posting. While we are still looking to hire during the pandemic, working at K.A. Recruiting during this time looks a little different. Currently, going into the office is 100% voluntary and many are working 100% from home temporarily. With technology and an updated training process, we have the ability to train our new associate healthcare recruiters from home. However, we are looking to hire someone who can and will commute into the office when things get a little safer. One of the greatest things about KA Recruiting is we have the ability to do our job at full capacity from home. We miss out on some of the social interaction, but overall, its been a very smooth transition.
