Associate Healthcare Recruiter
K.A. Recruiting is in the midst of our 17th year in operation and we have established ourselves as one of the top healthcare recruiting companies in the industry. We are looking to hire highly motivated and talented sales people, who want unlimited earning potential. We have an extensive and customized sales training program, which allows us to hire experienced sales representatives or inexperienced sales representatives with success. Ideally, we are looking for someone with 1-3 years’ experience in recruiting (does not have to be healthcare) or 1-3 years’ experience with inside or outside sales. However, we have very successfully trained new college graduates as well.

We are currently all working remotely. However, we do plan to explore a few options for office space or co-working space in Boston for the spring. We have worked fully in-office together for many years, then hybrid for about 4 years after that. We decided to go fully remote a few months ago, but have plans to offer the option of an office or a co-working space in the future. Ideally, we are looking for our associate healthcare recruiter to live locally in Massachusetts, as our quarterly outings will take place in the greater Boston area and our future office/ co-working space will be in Boston as well.
What qualifications are we looking for in a sales representative?
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Strong communication and relationship building skills
3. Strong organizational skills
4. Inside/outside sales experience or recruiting experience in any industry
5. Intelligence, common sense, ability to think on your feet
6. A desire to be successful and earn a substantial income
7. Someone who is looking to build a long-term career in sales and with KA Recruiting
8. Ideally lives locally
9. A natural problem-solver
