We are located in several locations across the Hudson Valley, with offices in Tarrytown, Somers, Nanuet, Cornwall, Poughkeepsie, Fishkill, Kingston, and Hudson.
You will:
- Proficiently and efficiently handle all incoming patient phone calls, scheduling-related tasks, and online leads in a timely and knowledgeable fashion while creating a positive phone call experience for each patient
- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the quality of service and care offered to patients
- Understand the provider-to-patient flow and anticipate the provider’s next steps
- Attend all in-house training and continued education opportunities
Furthermore, we would welcome cross-training as a clinical Medical Assistant. You will have the option to:
- Experience direct, in-the-exam-room interactions with patients and see a wide array of dermatologic conditions across a varied demographic mix.
- Be an integral part of how we provide medical care, learn about medical and surgical dermatology, assist medical providers with procedures, gain experience with electronic medical record systems, and be part of a large, supportive, and friendly medical team.
