The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for performing clerical tasks of the department while assisting with department’s daily operations.
-Maintain all employee files through weekly filing and logging of pertinent information.
-Prepare packets for new hire processing, new hire orientation and other misc.
-Assist with employee relations programs such as parties, fairs, recognitions, etc.
-Assist employees as needed by answering questions and/or directing them to the appropriate leader.
-Assist with other Human Resources duties as needed.
