Due to consistent growth, ClearBridge is in need of a Co-op or an Intern to learn the role of an Inside Sales Representative. The Sales Rep will assist our Business Development Manager’s (BDM’s) with selling into our key accounts by reaching out to decision makers to gain an understanding of how we can help them and / or booking appointments for our BDM’s to meet with prospective Clients. This is an entry level position that will teach the right candidate the necessary skills around sales, business development, the understanding of how to sell into Fortune 1000 accounts, and how technology affects businesses.
The ideal candidate will be a hunter, self-starter, possess a high-energy level and not be afraid of the phone and utilizing cold calling techniques to identify opportunities, build relationships, set appointments, and help close business.
