Experience during the program
Our summer internship program runs for 10 weeks, from late May to early August. Our program offers interns a unique dual experience.
Interns spend half of their time on a team, collaborating with Data & Analytics colleagues and business representatives to work on a real-world project. Projects are tailored so interns can experience the full project cycle. Past projects centered on areas such as enhancing the customer experience, optimizing business spend, identifying new market opportunities, providing business insights, model development, and engineering metrics & dashboarding. Interns are assigned to projects based on their backgrounds and project locations.
For the remainder of their time, interns are individually partnered with a host team within the analytic community to participate in ongoing work such as data reporting and visualization, data mining, automation and creating dashboards, ad-hoc analysis, and more. This component of the program provides interns with direct exposure to teams in areas that align to their education and interests.
Interns are expected to adopt a hybrid work structure and work out of one of our headquarters in Columbus, OH, Johnston RI, or Westwood, MA. There is no relocation assistance provided for intern roles.

- Deliver personalized and sophisticated treatment strategies based on predictive / prescriptive models
