Program Therapist, Adult Partial Hospital
Under direct supervision of the program director and the general supervision of the Clinical Lead, evaluates, diagnoses and treats a wide range of mental health concerns through assessment, diagnosis, individual and group therapy. Therapist works alongside a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, directors, students, occupational therapists and administrative staff.
Education/Licensure: MA degree in social work or counseling required. Must be working towards or have secured independent license (LICSW, LMHC preferred)
Schedule: Days, Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:00 p.m.
Training and Experience: Experience with individual and group psychotherapy required. Experience with Adult population preferred. Experience with CBT, DBT and psychotherapy preferred.
Mental Demands– Able to tolerate the stress of multiple demands of working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with multi-disciplinary staff and acute patient population.
