Yours included.This Employee Experience Specialist will be responsible for: Ensuring compliance, collaborates with key stakeholders to execute and document all required authorizations to limit the hospital’s exposure in all unemployment claims. Monitors and audits all claims, reports on disposition to outside vendor and internally. Maintaining relationship with TPA (Third Party Administrator) for unemployment process. Prepares from TPA to fulfill requirements from State by deadlines provided. Processes unemployment invoices and TPA fee invoices.Assisting the Director of Employee Experience and Labor Relations, Sr. EE Advisors, HR Business Partners, internal managers, and the Office of General Counsel in processing re-organizations, position eliminations, supporting outside litigation and involuntary terminations that are occurring within the Hospital, all of which are highly confidential.Collaborating with payroll department to generate final pay requests for terminations in accordance with legal requirements.Researching and prepares files and documentation on employee experience cases as directed. Prepares a variety of routine and ad hoc reports for the Employee Experience department.Grievance Coordinator – oversees incoming employee grievances – tracks all incoming grievances cases, noting assigned Employee Experience Advisor and ensuring timely responses in compliance with the Grievance Policy.Reviewing and processes requests and/or subpoenas for personnel records.Auditing involuntary terminations on weekly report to ensure proper and timely documentation have been submitted and follow up with HR Business Partner or manager to obtain missing information or documents.Routinely acting as a witness and scribe in investigations. Monitors and maintains all electronic templates, Employee Experience Logs, statistics, and documents, producing analytic reports as required.Acting as a point person for securing additional resources (conference rooms, catering, etc.) for staff, as well as managing Director’s schedule.
