Beacon Engineering Resources is a national provider of engineering
consultants. We are seeking an Inside Sales/National Account Manager who can
develop and manage our national accounts.
Candidate needs to be polished and highly driven with exceptional
communication and people skills.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and cultivating
long term business relationships with engineering managers from the medical
device, aerospace, automotive and consumer product sectors. This individual
will need to effectively communicate by phone with client managers, qualify
them, track their engineering staffing needs, and position Beacon as a
preferred vendor. You will be responsible for database development,
phone/email marketing, customer support, and, ultimately, the placement of
high-caliber engineering consultants.
Our ideal candidate will thrive in an outbound, inside sales environment and
enjoy calling on both existing and potential customers to fully assess their
staffing needs and present the benefits of Beacon’s technical recruiting
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
Must be personable, goal driven and energetic.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional computer skills required- MS Outlook, Word, Excel and
Excellent writing and communication skills required.
BS degree highly preferred or previous inside sales or customer service
Staffing industry experience a plus, but not required.
