Our client, one of the Largest Public Health Care Systems in the US is looking to fulfill several Front Desk Admins on to their team to assist with their “Pop-up” COVID-19 Testing Sites as soon as Next week!
Position: Medical Admin/Front Desk
- Working for the the largest public health care system in the United States
- To make a DIFFERENCE – Candidate will be helping support the public to receive their COVID-19 testing and results.
- 1+ years of receptionist/admin experience in a healthcare setting
- Healthcare experience
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Must be comfortable in working in mobile testing sites, pop-up sites etc.
- Must be comfortable in working around individuals coming to get tested for COVID-19
- Handle front desk reception for COVID-19 testing – checking patients in and out as they are walking through the facility
- Locations will all be at testing sites all across the 5 boroughs
- It will be a mobile, pop-up site
- Locations: Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, NYC & Staten Island (New Sites opening daily!)
- Shift A- Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday. 12 hour shifts with a 30 min break 730am-8:00pm
- Shift B-Thursday-Saturday, and every other Wednesday 12 hour shifts with a 30 min break 730am-8:00pm
- Drug Test Required: Yes
