9:30 – 11:00am Pathways to Success Roundtables – Hear from different Partners/Senior Managers about their career paths and what led them to KLR. Our roundtable discussions will give you real insights from real leaders and help you learn more about our different practice areas.
11:00 – 11:15am Break
11:15-11:45am Q&A Panel – This informal Q&A session will give you a behind-the- scenes look at a career at KLR from people who started right where you’re standing
11:45 – 12:15pm It’s Nice to “Meet” You Workshop – What does your resume say about you when someone “meets” you online for the first time? Hiring managers Lauren Amaral and Jade Toher will take you through what they look for when reviewing applicants’ resumes and conducting interviews
12:15 – 1:00 pm Networking – 45 minutes of mixed breakout sessions with KLR team members
Our student career summit is a fantastic opportunity for students to get a better idea of what an internship at KLR is like. In 2018, 100% of our interns reported that they received excellent value from their KLR internship, and that it exceeded their expectations. Better yet, most of our interns are offered full-time positions after graduation!

Lunch and Learn
Our event is geared towards sophomores, juniors and seniors who are strongly considering a career at a regional public accounting firm. Students must be able to commit to the full day if they apply. Selected students can expect to receive additional information and a detailed agenda prior to the event.
