The Career Development and Internship Center is excited to announce our new partnership with Parker-Dewey to provide micro-internship opportunities for Assumption University students and recent graduates. This collaboration will allow our students to pursue paid, short-term internships to further develop their skills and expertise in their respective fields.

What is a Micro-internship?

  • Short-term, paid, professional assignments
  • Enable students to demonstrate skills, explore career paths, and build professional networks.
  • Micro-internships take place year-round, typically involving 10 to 40 hours of work, and are due one week to one month after kick-off.
  • It is used by companies ranging from Fortune 100 to emerging start-ups and spans departments such as sales, marketing, technology, HR, and finance.
