What is the Etiquette Dinner? Why is it Helpful?

The CDIC is first its first ever Etiquette Dinner nest Wednesday, March 27th from 5:00pm to 7:20pm in the Tsotsis Ballroom A. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is sponsoring This event is open to all juniors and seniors, it is first come first served and pre-registration on Handshake is required.

The event in designed to help students learn professional meal time etiquette. Networking and job interviews often involve a lunch or dinner component and its important for students to feel confident in their ability to handle these situations successfully. The Etiquette Dinner is an opportunity to learn new skills to help you stand out in future jobs searches and professional events.

Janet L. Parnes, an Etiquette Consultant, will discuss professional dining etiquette and how to effectively communicate in a professional setting while dinner is served.

The dress code is business casual for the event (no jeans, leggings, sweats, boots, hats, etc.).
